The act comes into force on May 15, 2018, introducing provisions on digitalisation of the activities of
entities performing public tasks for administrative courts:
• court files can be kept in electronic form;
• it will be possible to access the electronic files and submit motions, POAs and complaints in
electronic form;
• electronic letters filed with the court will have to comply with certain formal requirements, as well as
with the procedures of their filing.
