Starting January 2020, Tomasz Jarus, one of the best FIDIC experts on the market, joins our team. Tomasz is an experienced claim manager of FIDIC claims and has over 10 years’ experience in implementing large infrastructure projects. He represents investors, design units, contract engineers and contractors and manages FIDIC contracts and claims. He is also a court mediator in disputes arising from the construction contracts.
